The life of a Johnson in Dublin

Since we moved back to sunny California we have decided that this would be a good way to try to keep our family and friends from afar updated. We have embraced the over the top soccer addiction here and now have 3 kids playing! Each day brings us happy surprises and challenges to work on together as a family. We hope our life out here in California will be enriched, strengthened, and full and that we will be better people and a bonded family from our memories here.

Hanging in there

We've been having a series of illnesses around our place the last few weeks. Sam stayed home from school awhile ago and today Meg is home. Erik has been having chronic migraines for the last 2 weeks without any relief. I feel so bad for him. I wish I could wave my wand and make them all better. You would think as a nurse I would have them all in tip top shape!! Haha! If they all did exactly what I told them I'm sure we would all be perfect(: Nothing a nice bowl of homemade chicken soup and a good nights sleep can't help with! Because I was having fun with Meg home (I miss her when she goes to school) I forgot to take Kate to school until my friend Merrilee called and asked if Kate was home from school too? Ooops! I told Meg to not let me forget to pick them up! Can I blame the last 8 weeks of pregnancy? I'm hoping to find my brain again soon!
