The house looks BEUATIFUL!! I am in love with your kitchen... Gorgeous! Please tell me the blue marker on the kitchen cabinets came out!! I almost burst into tears. Is it ink? Also, can't believe how much Kate looks like Sam. Never noticed that before. Miss you & it was good talking the other night. We'll keep you posted on our adventures...
